This year it is basically the same sale with 2 weeks break in the middle. And discounts are not something Steam controls. Every publisher sets the price of their games and even regional prices aren't converted automatically. So to sum up your question: probably some games will be cheaper, some may get more expensive and most probably won't change the price in any way.
I'm thinking of cuberpunk but not sure if I should get it. I can recommand Curse of the Dead Gods. It's one of my all time favourite games. it's a great challange and it has great systems and weapons. It's hard af, lol. It's one of my most played games with 190h and still going. I have yet to beat the game :D

@@ColdBeer You now choose your difficulty level Hard, etc up to Torment 4 and all mobs/instances are at that level - the only exception is the pit where you can do Pit up to 150 which gets harder as you move up. So very similar to D2

If you're saying cyberpunk, definitely get it and go through the whole story, many endings and the game itself is open world so totally worth it
