- The 2023 Paris Supercross has take over the La Defense Arena, a weekend-long event that started on Friday afternoon with a handful of invited riders that were invited to break in the fresh track and their newly built bikes. Watch two laps from Ken Roczen, Cooper Webb, Jett Lawrence, Hunter Lawrence, Justin Brayton, Justin Hill, Justin Starling, Jo Shimoda, Tom Vialle, Cullin Park, Jace Owen, and Anthony Bourdon from their personal practice sessions.

I got my stop watch and tried to time the best laps. I came up with Hunter Lawrence - 41.14
Jett Lawrence - 41.54
Ken Roczen - 42.03
Cooper Webb - 42.65
I know these aren’t exact but they are close. Should be good racing! Excited to see hunter feeling good!

It was pretty obvious they all weren’t going hard though so times are irrelevant
These are just laps to set and hit your marks, check possible lines, feel out the track and that sort of thing. We'll get a better idea when they start to qualify who is turning the fastest laps.
Kenny flows with the track so well. Jett wheeling out the sand section was 🔥 going to be a great race day

I got my stop watch and tried to time the best laps. I came up with Hunter Lawrence - 41.14
Jett Lawrence - 41.54
Ken Roczen - 42.03
Cooper Webb - 42.65

The 450 class sitting at home in the US are getting nervous seeing Hunters style on the 450. (Looking at you tomac and sexton) i wouldn't be surprised A1 will be Kenny and Lawrence bros on the podium. So keen for the stacked 450 field.

Jett is amazing. What a treat to watch him ride. So lightweight, no heavy front end or back end, just Jett riding. Where some of them were slowing down, hunkered over their front end, Jett wheelies over the area, unreal. Hunter, went a little heavy on the front end a few times but looks good, going to be fast. Jo, is going to be fast, really a balanced rider as well.
Well said! Jett seems to understand how much easier things are( even racing) when your mind is calm and very aware! And he understands riding at lower RPM's lowers the engines vibrations ? Improving the bikes impact absorption! Kid is awesome!

Lawrence Brothers and Roczen take their food out in the corners more than everybody else, and they are faster..
Shimoda and Tom Vialle keep their feet on the pegs more than everybody else.
I believe Shimoda must be the fastest 250 rider

Guess we’ll see, but methinks Cooper looked way more comfortable on a KTM. Especially the old chassis. Jett looks like he’s out for a meander 😱 “Hunter Brothers” in general looking damn good!

yeah like him or hate him when the gate drops he somehow finds another gear to be on top or close to the top so excited to see this years racing, with both Lawrence brothers Webb and hopefully Eli back in top shape along with Sexton this season will be fire or another season full of injuries, prayers and fingers crossed no injuries

@@baby-sharkgto4902it’s that he carried the front wheel over that first roller and was on the gas where everyone else was already at idle or on the brakes. In a track that small, finding a way to save even a tenth of a second somewhere like that is huge.

The Euro riders are so much slower in the whoops than the US riders. Vialle was super slow. Great video. Clean, clear, no extra graphics or music to ruin it.
Hunter healthy will be fun to watch on the 450

Lawrence brothers looked the fastest, best corner speed and the most comfortable. Then Roczen, no slouch, then Web, Brayton, Hill who looked less comfortable, less flow by a fair amount. Jo looked pretty good on the CRF250. Vialle looked like he will land a 6th or 7th for the night. Park looks about as good as Shimoda. The 250 riders looking pretty similar speeds.
Vialle 6-7th? Who other than Shimoda do you think will beat him? Maybe Desprey or Owen could, but not likely
@cropolo2573 Maybe he will be 4 or 5th or possible 3rd. I forget what class he's ridding 250 or 450 because the outdoor motocross was lame to watch. I just sat down to watch the races and he's running 5th and working his way to 4th. First race not over.

This is a good track but it seems like it's like the rest of the supercross tracks the old Paris Percy was best because of the tunnel that made it so special they should bring it back
