Self acceptance is starting where you are.
The physical space where you are.
The emotional space where you are.
The relationships you have formed and are in your life.
This is where life has taken you. Some of it is comfortable and some less so.
This is not easy to do although it sounds as if it is.
We spend our lives fighting what is, talking against it and this battle inside us wears down our bodies and spirit.
