I always remain speechless, thank you for these tutorials. I finally found some time to get around to watching them and doing some testing on maya. As always number 1
Hello! @rimamy8348 It’s tough to troubleshoot without more information, but here are a few pointers: - The Out Color of the ainoise node should connect to color inputs of the shader, like Base Color or Specular Color (indicated by the red dots). - The Out Color R/G/B channels can connect only to float inputs, such as Metalness or Roughness (marked by green dots). I hope this helps! If you're still having trouble with ainoise, consider using a volumenoise node as an alternative. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Ahahah yes! It's been like 10 years that I have these shelfs and icons. Love them! So thank you for that! 🙏⚡ I've also added some of them and mimicking your style.
I took a slightly different approach. The aiNoise node was not working as it was in your video, for whatever reason. I was not liking the results at all. So, I decided to use regular Maya volumeNoise nodes. One had a very low frequency, the other much higher, but dimmer in Color Gain brightness. I combined them via an Arnold Add node, and I got a respectable effect.
Really useful video as usual, thank you for that!
Thank you! 🙏⚡
