The guy got what he deserved
Alan Collie should be set free and not guilty. Tanner should have some charges against him for harassing and getting in his face. These pranksters need to quit!!!

That loser is so unlikable that he couldn't even get a jury on his side for what should have been a fairly easy case to prosecute. He was probably being snarky and sarcastic even on the witness stand. Dude is 6'5 and probably easily 250 pounds, and his pranking style is to mob on individual smaller people in groups. A: The tall guy was not funny; only annoying. B: The other guy told him various times and pushed the phone away. Tall guy persisted after being told no. Why do people not respect "no"? @5MinuteSchool I don't see them pranking, gang members, police, or anybody who will fight back. This guy doing an order was minding his business and was pressured by this guy. He didn't leave much of a choice and got what he deserved.

1st amendment right is to publicly film however you can't publicly film people without permission. Tanner Cook is misquoting 1st amendment right.

Colie felt sexually harassed by a much taller man to Colie he felt he was going to get raped. The Google translate quote was "hey dips do want to look inside my twinkle". He felt sexually threatened and I believe him when he says he had intent to defend himself.

It is not up to the victim of aggravated bullying to rely on it not advancing to violence or robbery. Delivery drivers are frequently targeted because they might carry cash (not everyone pays digitally). Having a group of 2-3 gang on you is how many robberies (that sometimes end in injury or death) begin. He had every right to end the threat.
