Agreed. This was bizarre! There is a mud room right next to it. I'm not sure what the architects were thinking. Maybe they were drinking too much and thought that driving traffic through the only bathroom on that floor would be a good idea. Otherwise fantastic landscaping and I love the exterior color and curb appeal.
It's very weird but the shower idea is actually nice.
High end homes often have a cabana bath with access to the yard.

The cloakroom/mudroom entrance is directly across the hall from the entry that will lead into the garage (took me too long to figure that one out). Still think the main floor bathroom is a compromise between a wet bath[room] for post-hot tub times and a main floor powder room.

i have been watching a lot of these videos during pandemic, and i have a question about houses in canada. why are the interiors always so white? lack of sun in winter?
Is so when you go outside in the winter you don't get a shock by all the white snow. Transition, you know. LOL never mind, i don't actually know, maybe just a trend. thanks for watching our videos though, i hope they do help you entertain yourself during these crazy times.
They are staged in a neutral fashion so more people can envision themselves living in the home.

Most likely NOT included. The builder/realty company hires decorators to "stage" a home with brand new furnishings to make the home look inviting to potential buyers.
