I have a feeling that R* is going to keep on putting those sets of contact missions on double $, in the next weeks, one after the other, in order to keep players engaged onto doing career progression. I'm glad Rockstar decided to make these missions solo because I like to play alone online without getting bothered by trolls trying to get in my way of making money. 😊❤👍.
For Dispatch 1, you can block the door with the mk2 oppressor so none of the noose guys come in. still have to be careful though cause they'll still shoot the crap out of ya when running towards the back stairs to the roof.
The take less than 50% damage is the most retarded challenge, especially with 100% accurate NPC blind firing behind cover and sometimes having rapid fire glitch
I have similar but slightly different solutions for each one: 1. DISPATCH I - Same approach in beginning: Heavy Revolver with Compensator. Otherwise, best to use shotgun that is high in damage and stay a safe distance back. Use the shotgun throughout. It is your go to weapon as you will mostly be in close quarters. Everything plays out similarly, but keep using shotgun, rush to the roof and get in the chopper. Should be a swift getaway. Best destroy above chopper with RPG (or railgun if you have it) and fly off as quickly as possible. DISPATCH II: Due to a glitch, I couldn’t use the swimming method. But there is a faster way. Do the following steps up to the assassination, like placing the mines EXACTLY where they are and silently killing everybody. There will be stragglers, so use the shotgun or assault rifle. Once there is a clearing, RUN to the place where the helicopter is, but watch for reinforcements. RUNNING AND JUMPING works well, but keep your shotgun handy for extra reinforcements. Use the RPG or Railgun and shoot down the helicopter, then steal the parked one and fly away fast. DISPATCH III: Thanks to @bennoroobas7468 I have a better solution that DOES take longer to do, but it is a surefire way to do it. If you have one, take an armored car and head to the runway, but DON’T head for the hangar. Instead, drive on the runway and get close enough, but not too close. Use the sniper rifle and aim for the passenger side of the cabin. Take the shot, get in your car and escape. But watch for the patroller. If cops get onto you, escape in the car and head either for the tunnel under the bridge near Integrity way or the tunnel near the Casino. Should be easy to escape the cops there. DISPATCH IV: Head for the entrance that Franklin, Lamar, and Stretch entered. Much less reinforcements. Sneak around the fence and use silenced weapons. Should be easy to take down some enemies. Some you have to be super quick to kill. Once you get to the room the target is in, take him out and quickly take out the others. Go back out the way you went in and drive away quick. Stealthy gangster style! DISPATCH V: This one is very tricky if you don’t have a Buzzard Attack. But here was my way. Grab a fast car and head to the target in Vinewood first. You can sneak up to him and kill after you take out one of his bodyguards out front. But you need to move fast. Best you open a door and have the engine turned on using the Remote Features in Interaction. Then drive quickly to target at the auto shop in the east. Take him out quick and head for the target above the Weasel Plaza. Best use RPG or Railgun. Drive to the target driving, use your car to trap him, and shoot him with your revolver or SMG. Finally, head for the marina and grab the nearby chopper. Fly to the top of the skyscraper and land. Use your shotgun to deal with the defenders, who use melee. Try to kill him as quick as possible. Once you do, since you have a parachute from the chopper, jump off and parachute away! DISPATCH VI: Use an armored car for the job. If you the Heavy Revolver, USE IT. Otherwise AP or SMG will do the job. Once you show up to the trucks, smash them and it will open the back doors. Shoot the guys in suits, but maneuver to avoid getting shot. Usually, the back truck keeps the front protected so find an opening and repeat. Use the hidden freeway tunnel to escape.
dispatch 2 can be done unnoticed and its fun lol just have to kill the target and the 2 guards as quick as u can after all the stealth kills so no alarms are triggered. in that way you can escape with either ur car or the heli.
Why complete with other players? They are easy, even on hard, if you have access to the right vehicles and use your wits to work around Rockstar's deliberate embedded restrictions!!

As of now both the Madrazo dispatch missions and casino story missions cannot be done solo, the "geniuses" at Rockstar reverted them back to 2 player minimum.
When you were sniping in second mission, it looked like you were able to zoom all the way in AND move while zoomed. I thought we can only choose one or the other??
I cant equip rebreathers not matter what i do yes i have 20 of 20 and i have tried all of my outfits none of them let me equip all i have is the stupid ear piece

That’s what I did, it’s easier to do it stealthy rather than doing it loud . Just use a pistol or micro smg and aim for Thier heads.
I'd say that's a cheaper way rather than simpler.

I have similar but slightly different solutions for each one:
1. DISPATCH I - Same approach in beginning: Heavy Revolver with Compensator. Otherwise, best to use shotgun that is high in damage and stay a safe distance back. Use the shotgun throughout. Buy a scuba suit, put it in your outfits and equip that for the run. It will automatically equip the gear when you dive in the water. Much easier.

Equip a Scuba suit, put it in your outfits category. That's what I used, much eaiser.
