Ay, Scotland 🏴! Scotland’s so beautiful, and I’m super glad you get to go there with reviewing their own national airline. Although small, still very excellent! Love to go to Scotland someday as well. Take care
Just flew them from Exeter to Norwich and back and I thought that they were very good. The planes are comfortable but a little claustrophobic; I'm 6'3 so paid the extra for an emergency exit seat and there was loads of leg room and I loved their "water and a biscuit " cabin service. I'm just grateful that there is a domestic service after BMI's demise ...I can't handle trains these days especially if you have to go through London which is always a nightmare. Good job Logan Air..I'll be using you again definitely
Very nice trip retort I have never flown on Logan air before but they look alright airline I have seen them a few times at airports they do have a nice livery as well
Feels awesome to fly again doesn't it? Awesome video man. Looking forward to more IRL content from you. I also wanna ask whats the music in the beginning?
Good video, I liked that you focussed more on Southampton airport, LoganAir, aircraft and service, as well take off and landing, rather just talking throughout like some TH-camrs. Logan air is an ideal airline and fills the huge market gap. Flybe was of course terrible and had limited marketing to actually promote the airline and flights. Domestic and regionals have to be quite heavy with their marketing, since people will use these flights for business and short domestic travel over competing transport train or car, rather than a fun cheap holiday to Europe with TUI, Jet2, Easyjet etc Airlines are like any transport service like a train, convenience and price major factor, but then service quality and seat comfortability, food service. In my opinion, not difficult. Domestic and regional flights are much needed in the U.K., since train services to Scotland and southwest England are so poor. Even east England. I think southwest England should capitalise on this and build bigger airports to attract more airlines and cheaper flights. Texas started Southwest Airlines from Dallas to San Antonio is not far, so why not in England?! Point A to Point B people, directness=time saving convenience. Cut out Heathrow and London airports, only takes longer Also, Cornwall and south coast, Scotland are domestic holiday destinations which airlines should’ve capitalised on during covid because of staycations
Hey! I'm 19 and I haven't been to college, I graduated in 2020 and then haven't progressed with my education yet due to covid, I have essentially had the year off but I hope to start again in September
@@martf8014 That is bizzar, I don’t seem to notice that but I am curious as I’d always like to find ways of improving. Is that across the entire video? Because if so it’s probably not an issue with the camera and more an issue with TH-cam as I recorded on multiple cameras
Great video.....but don't slow down your speech for the last word of every sentence..... "These regional flights shine due to their conveeeeeeennnniiiiieeennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnsssssssssssssssssssssssssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee"
Thanks and yeah, I notice I do that, I think I’ve improved though as this was recorded over a year ago, it was something I’d do subconsciously when reading the script
Amazing video Joe! Despite being a wee plane the 145 is still quite fun to fly! Flying from SOU compared to the London airports is exactly how it is for me to fly from CMI as opposed to the Chicago airports...convenience is unmatched!
If aviation18 doesn’t pin this comment, he isn’t a fan with the BRITISH AIRWAYS 747
he didn’t pin it
Sorry, I've been away for 5 days so I haven't had a chance to check the comments until now...
@@Aviation18 no no, it’s fine
420 hehehe
Flying this exact route on Saturday and this video randomly popped up on my recommended. Great video mate 👍
This was a fantastic trip report oh an airline I didn’t really know much about.
“Oh”?
Agreed
Thanks, glad I could educate you a little bit!
The ERJ 145s seats are a nice reminder of an airline that once was
Agreed, way superior to the CRJ's
great video! happy to see trip reports again
Thanks man!

Scotland is an awesome place! You should defiantly visit!
Great Video man! love the trip reports. Logan Air seems like a good airline. I hope to fly them some day
Thank You and agreed, you should see about booking yourself on a small regional flight, just to get that taste of flying again!
Damn I realised my birthdays in Friday and you upload on Friday for me it's a win wib
Happy Birthday!
Great vid mate. Keep up the trip reports. Really enjoying them! Also could you bring back the deceased airlines series?

Great trip report! The ERJ-145 is always a great to fly on
Thanks man! It sure is!
Brilliant Trip report! I have always seen Loganair fly out of my home airport (Glasgow), but I never knew what it was like to fly with them.
Thanks!
Welcome to my hometown loved the video, awsome
Awesome! and Thanks man!
Love the trip report! The song you used at the beggining came from the same guy I use for my music in my vids! lol.
Thanks man and Awesome!
Great little planes, I find smaller planes just as interesting as the bigger ones!
Small aircraft are fun to fly on
Finally a trip report after a long time
Indeed!

Does take off, landing and general flight feel the same as the bigger planes or does it feel faster/slower?
Well Flybe is coming back (hopefully). When they do it will be good to see more flights out of Edinburgh, London City and Southampton.
great video watching from Toronto Canada🇨🇦
Thanks man!
Great review!!
Thanks man!
Good video man!
Thank you!
Interesting video👍👍. Liked and enjoyed
Thanks man!

Amazing vid!! But I swear I saw a delivery guy and he looked exactly like you Joe! Lol
Thanks man and 😂😂 Wow, maybe he's my dopple ganger
@@Aviation18 100% 🤣😂
According to Wikipedia, Flybe is back in business since 13, April 2022!!!
They are indeed, however back when this was recorded it was a little unclear if they were actually coming back or not
Awesome love reviews
Thanks man!
Amazing!
Fun Fact: Loganair has the shortest 57 second flight from Westray to Papa Westray.
@aviation18. I have a 1/400 loganair e 145
Oh wow, I didn't know they made one
@@Aviation18 it was a custom from my friend I'll send you the pictures of it on my Instagram if you want it's @Southwest aviation on insta
Now that FlyBe is back, LoganAir no longer have the monopoly they had and will likely need to reduce their prices
Nice!!
Thanks!
Hey Aviation18 how old are you and are you in college?
Hey! I'm 19 and I haven't been to college, I graduated in 2020 and then haven't progressed with my education yet due to covid, I have essentially had the year off but I hope to start again in September
It will be better if Flybe starts serving SOU - EDI again, cheaper than Loganair and a better service aka complimentary drinks & a biscuit.
Nice
Thanks!
I flew new castle to Southampton with eaten airway s
A trip report!!!
Thanks!
Did you film this with a potato?
You can turn up the quality in the settings, it’s 1080p
@@Aviation18 it is set at 1080 but it has strange horizontal lines in it.

my man got the vaccine?
Partially, I've had the first one but not the second
