I have one the light come up when turned on but no sound comes out of it when connected to a device 😢 did I press something to mute it or it just decided not to work again. 🤔
I personally don't have the JBL go plus (because here in the Philippines, the JBL go plus sells at around 2000rs while the JBL go plus 2 is at around 3000rs) but I have heard it and in my opinion they sound pretty much the same. On paper they are both 3 watt speakers. If they sell at about the same price there, you wouldn't make a mistake in buying either of the 2. I haven't tested the microphone on the JBL go plus but the mic on the Mi Portable Speaker isn't quite clear.

when you leave this speaker on charge how do you know its charging?
