I think that goalkeeper of the tournament is decided by the performance rating average of the goalie not for the amount of CS. For example if the GK gets 10 CS but only made 5 saves throughout those 5 games, his average game rating will not be as high as a GK who only had 5 CS but had 20 saves throughout those 10 games. I hope this helps!

Trim down the squad JC. You always end up with 5-6 players too many. A squad of 35 players with about 10 on loan and 25 available players is more than sufficient.
