(5/5/2024), during NEET examination, held in Pon Vidhyashram, Valsaravakkam, Chennai, my son was made to be seated in his place by his invigilator by 12 pm. His exam started as usual at 2 pm. He was writing his paper and all of a sudden at 3:20 pm, the superintendent came and informed him that he was seated on a wrong place and took him to some other place on some other floor and gave him a new question paper and Omr sheet and asked him to start afresh and forced the student to mention the timing on the paper as 2 pm. They even humiliated him for not rechecking his Roll No. Mostly the students are nervous at the Centre, But is it not the duty of the invigilator to check the Roll Nos thoroughly for which they have been appointed? The invigilator even failed to identify that it was the seat of a girl and not my son.
My son started to write the whole paper once again at 3:40 pm and at sharp 5:20 pm, they took away the paper without even showing pity that he started late.
My concern is that they could have atleast given him extra time for compensating the invigilator's fault.
I humbly request you to look into this issue on humanitarian grounds and provide a healing solution for saving a year and future of an innocent child.
My son is under extreme depression right now.
I Thank God for atleast saving his life and health as he is a very sensitive person since childhood.

कुछ centre में देर में question paper दिये जबकि 10min before time से देना चाहिए था। Exam के बिच invigilators बच्चों से booklet no को darken क्यों करवा रहे हैं? बच्चों से सिर्फ उनके sign लेना चाहिए। बाकी सब काम invigilator को खुद करना चाहिए । क्यों कि इससे तो बच्चों का time waste होता है न ? NEET Competitive exam में बच्चों को पुरे 3hr 20 min time अपने exam के लिए मिलना चाहिए। इस पर NTA को ध्यान देना चाहिए और invigilators को सही training देना चाहिए।

I think you should check your facts , every invigilator is given full training and just because few students are doing false practices we can not ask for re exam . It is injustice for those who were hard working and got full marks. No need for re exam. Punish those who are involved

The invigilator in mine centre just wasted my time he kept on coming and asking for mine ans sheet so that he could se where the details should be filled ...I made a lot of effort to crack NEET but due to him I was not able to complete mine paper ...and due to someone else's fault I suffered I want a ReNeet!
