How about top split pushing karma? You can do a lichbane to melt towers. You have so much mobility, sustain and as far as I could tell from your Karma videos, you are always between enemies and you land lots of autos anyway
zwag, try jhin with runaans hurricane for multiple crit and titanic hydra for aoe :) start collector and mortal reminder.
