I really dig this game - it reminds me of trying to steal or jump onto opponent's castles in Carcassonne. It also looks and feels amazing!

Your first example of going rogue (2:22-2:32) is (after the initial rogue tile) completely wrong. You cannot add a piece to a rogue body piece- it needs a head first.
