If you've rebuilt the entire gun and it still has a slow leak, check the aluminum housing near the head valve carefully. Mine had a very slight leak coming from the head and it turned out to be small nicks inside the aluminum, where someone earlier had used screwdrivers to take take it apart. Using 320 grit sandpaper I was able to knock down the high spots so the o-ring sealed again. Use q-tips to clean up any grit or residue. I probably took it apart 10 times before I found the cause, so if a slow leak doesn't bother you, just leave it alone.
Love the vid. Very thorough explanation. Would it be possible for you to do this same rebuild on an older SP 9660 coil nailer please. If at all possible I would greatly appreciate it as it appears slightly different and I have it in pieces. Mick
