Those puppies were probably so healthy and pretty cause the person was feeding the dogs so often. That human gave that mama dog the ability to have healthy pups instead of leaving her to get sick, malnourished, or worse

What's cuter than two obviously homeless dogs trotting over when they hear you coming? Could it be when one of them gets pregnant without any shelter/food/vet care at all? These are vulnerable dogs giving birth to completely helpless puppies in an unfriendly world. Way too many puppies in the world. The guy on the bike is tickled when the female dog is finally able to hurry over to see him. Wait a few months. The cycle will begin again, infinity.
... At least they're trying to help somehow, man. Maybe their country doesn't offer free fixes and that's the best way he can help. Wtf lol

@@RonAndTom No, very understandable if he is not able to adopt them, but if he is feeding them on a daily basis, the least he could have done is sterilizing them so that there would not be more unwanted helpless stray puppies starving to death and disease ridden. he is not financially stable enough to find support but he could now feed all those puppies too?.
And what if fixing them costs too much? What if the food he's giving is the best he can give? Smh at least he's trying to help wtf
I cant stand people that feed dogs shitty processed food like cheese. If your gonna feed your dog human food at all it better be all natural or organic. Processed food like that can really tear up a dog's stomach and mess with thier health
