A few days ago, I finally tested my 4ml of the vintage. Instant love!!! I know I am in trouble. I don't think I could settle for anything less than the vintage.

Thank you so much for your review, this is absolutely the best rewiew of my belowed D&G Eau de toilette (red cap). You are so lucky to have the pure perfume, it was a limited edition from the 90's I suppose. I bought the new version Made in France one month ago and I agree with you, is not so similar even if I like it. Yes but it smells so different. The vintage version Made in Italy was amazing, I have an old sample at home from 1994, just an amazing perfume. Thanks a lot :)

Thank you for this comparison it’s very helpful. Can I ask which version you’d recommend to a person who doesn’t like gourmand/ sweet perfumes? It’s my impression the Italian/EuroItalia versions are sweet with a prominent vanilla? The Germany/France versions are fresher and more aldehydic?
I like basil a lot, maybe the Germany version is best?

Made in Italy is so good!! Made in Germany is similar but a bit less balanced, a bit rougher, also less sweet and more soapy. Made in France is like the Germany one, only less intense. Made in Italy is the way to go without a hint of a doubt.

I have both and the newer one is greener and less dense but still good.

I'm so sorry they destroyed this one. I am not going to waste my money. I do have a 4 ml of the Euroitalia, I am afraid to try it, in case I fall in love. I will this year though. Love the edits!!! Umm, you might want to change the word in your title to first instead of fist. People be getting the wrong impression. 🤣🤣♥️ Joop I will look for. By the way, such a tease you are with the cherry AE.

The new version made in france does it remind you of another perfume. ? Dacob likes this version. . For it's own special aspects as he explained in his review... Unfortunately I cannot find a tester and I m trying to imagine how it smells....if there is another perfume that smells close...?? thought aromatics elixir the black one smelled like dolce and Gabbana red cap....

I was gifted a half bottle (a 100 ml) of the eurotalia which I stupidly sold. It was absolutely gorgeous and I can't remember why I sold it. So I missed it and got the 100 ml made in Germany one. It's different from the original, slightly more masculine. I might get a bottle of the made in France one
