The H100 or fourth generation Toyota Hiace was released in late 1988 in Japan but in the Philippines it was sold from 1992 to 2004 with a 2.4 diesel. It got revamped two times one in 1994 and in 1996. In 1998 the 3.0 Grandia 2.4 Commuter and 2.0 GL Hiace variants were launched. The Hiace got an update in 1999. In 2000 the Hiace Super Grandia was introduced.
