Really impressed with Marks coaching, the way we kept Zion(relatively) quiet and now Nurkic after he had a 31 rebound game against us before. Giddey and Joe were great but J Will was a big reason why we took control of the game he made some big plays. Just can’t wait to see this team in the playoffs. Oh and lastly always nice to send that cupcake packing 🐍

Since that shit has blown over for giddey and he’s gotten confidence back he has been what we thought he would be this year! Shai being out helps him but fingers crossed when he’s back Giddey can continue his production and high impact. Tonight he had the second highest plus minus with 22 and Wallace was number one with 23 but also played 7.5 more minutes
Not to mention keeping booker quiet. Even durant despite his points wasnt able to get easy shots or lift the team. Great okc hussle on d. Thats where the okcs stars are better than most the others, they play hard at both ends.
Chip Englund is the shooting coach champ. Shooters shoot, he's not a shooter but if he can hit 2 a game at 38-42% he's done his part for the 28min he plays. The more he plays the D will get better. He's 21 never was in a college program to get NBA defence fundamentals but played nbl in Australia as a pro. 3 seasons in but he's still the youngest on that OKC playing squad
He would avg close to a triple double imo, with his own team and completely running the show with full starter minutes. Though I personally hope OKC is able to keep him around on a team friendly deal, despite the suboptimal fit when he is forced to play more offball.
Great game by the thunder, great to see giddy leading and the whole teams intensity at both ends. The d stood out and set a great pace while the suns struggled to get good shots and struggled to keep up in transition. Despite some close losses the team always lifts and bounces back. Gives me hope over a series that they are going deep. OKC for the championship.
Play-offs will make or break Giddey. He's always been capable of stepping up when Shai is out. He's a better player with the ball in his hands but if he contributes 12/6/6 and they go deep then that should be enough to not get traded
