If you climb from ends first and slowly work your way up shaft you don’t break the hair. Other wise the tangle gets bigger. I have curly hair and I’m a hairstylist, just trying to help.

I think that if she were being too rough, her daughter would let her (and us!) know about it. She seems very content except for very briefly when the spray's being used. Mum probably knows that the child won't sit their forever, so she's being quick. Anyway, I enjoyed it 😀
