    When I'm gaming in my lap, I tilt it a bit with the help of my TV Remote. It actually helps. The stutters I usually observe when I keep my laptop flat on the table was not there.... This stand seems to be a better choice... Even better than a cooler.....

    I purchased this stand from amazon & really happy with the product, after 2 weeks I am sharing my feedback so overall it's great experience. Having laptop align to eye feels really comfortable (I usually use last 2 slots of stand mostly) also I personally feels increase in productivity might be just because of it's new change but really this stand helps lot by laptop cooling & performance point of view as well have more focus by having in line alignment with eye. Slightly difficult at initial for hand to adjust but with time it will be habitual.

    My brother recently bought a laptop from the HP OMEN series. He asked me to recommend a good laptop cooing pad. I sorted some out but then I noticed that the colling tech in this laptop sucks fresh air in from the bottom while venting it from the sides. So, a regular cooling pad with its top-in and bottom-out air flow is not going to do any good. I, then, suggested to him a laptop stand. But the one you use is way better. I will share him a link of the same.
    Thanks for the insight ... Keep it up bro 🙂👍

    I use this stand to prop up my laptop a bit higher so that it is in the same height as that of my monitor (I use a side-by-side layout). Works pretty well for me!
    For the sliding thing I put some paper tape on the bottom bars of the stand and it helped increase friction a bit and also stopped leaving scratch marks on my table. Pretty good stand. Would recommend to anyone.

    Very good that you mentioned rubber feet cleaning and issue that no one speaks about. What exactly is "non-alcoholic spray"? I am very afraid of casually using any cleaning stuff because rubber is extremely sensitive to many solvents and surfactants. Water alone is useless.

    • @TheHopelessGeek
      @TheHopelessGeek  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Non alcoholic sprays are those that you get for cleaning your displays and electronics. They contain a mild soap solution which is great for these things.🙂👍🏻

      @@TheHopelessGeek Ah. When I was looking for laptop stand, I read the packaging. With really bad Chinese wordings it writes "Do not change the angle on the laptop Silicone pad oil or detergent, etc. Be carful not to contain chemicals".
      I do not know what that means when the translation is extremely bad. I presume detergent must NOT be used on the Silicone part of the stand.
      Having said that, I think detergent must be used if it is needed. Otherwise I do not of any "safer" solution to cleaning anything.

      It may not be suitable for a soft surface like a couch or a bed. It's too small. Better get one of those larger table style ones for bed. Like this: amzn.to/3PPoiM8
