Now this idea is a tribute to the 9/11 attack. This idea will be an emergency response Deku. What I am going to say might be a little to long and I really couldn't find any way to make this short so I apologize if you have to read long but I do encourage you to read this. If I somehow offended or hurt someone's feelings I am terribly sorry but I honestly thought this would be a good idea so I apologize in advance. Izuku was born with a quirk. What Izuku Quirk can do is that he can summon Police, Paramedic, firefighters, rescue teams, and SWAT. He can also summon vehicles with these emergency response units. I forgot to mention that the Police, Paramedic, firefighters, rescue teams, and SWAT. Are dark shadow people but they have the full pledge equipment on them and their equipment are not shadow if that makes sense. They also have their own personalities. Izuku wants to be a hero but he doesn't believe the World Heroes Association ways. Izuku believes it's corrupt and there's a lot of fake heroes. So he decided to make his own emergency response units. He called it The People Rescue Operations Response Unit. (If you have a better name please use yours.) Izuku has saved a lot of people's lives and homes. World Heroes Association we're mad that Izuku was saving people with out their permission and Izuku was pretty much breaking the law. The only people that really like him are almost all of the Musutafu civilians and a couple of people in UA like Nezu, Aizawa, Allmight and a couple other heroes but since the heroes have to follow the law they have no choice but to try capture Izuku but every time they see him in action they pretty much just watch and hopefully he leaves soon before more other heroes arrive. I forgot to mention that Musutafu response units like Izuku very much but since they have to follow certain laws they have to try to put Izuku in jail and they really don't want to do it. Uraraka wants to be a rescue hero and she admires Izuku very much and she believes what he is doing is the right thing but of course not everyone agrees with her. There have been multiple occurrences that Izuku and his emergency response units save UA and their students. One of their famous events was when the villains attacked USJ. Izuku had paramedics on standby just in case there were any injured. Firefighters on standby just a case of fire starts and of course the police and the SWAT are assisting the heroes trying to fight off the villains. In a short period of time Izuku rescued Uraraka and they both instantly fell in love with each other but they never had the guts to ask one of each other out. Nezu thanks Izuku for his assistance and everything he has done and he gives Izuku the chance to leave peacefully before the other heroes try to arrest him. In the next couple of months everything was going well for Izuku. But one day a villain places a bomb in a office tower. This tower has 100 floors. And the bomb was placed on the 80th floor. A couple minutes later the villain detonates the bomb killing himself in the process. Almost all Japan was shocked that a villain targeted civilians. The heroes were too scared to go in the building to save people all they did was just watch. The Musutafu response units were outraged the heroes weren't doing anything. They really want to do something but they couldn't and if they tried they will be instantly fired for not obeying the law and the orders of the higher-ups. When all hope seems lost all of the sudden they hear fire trucks, ambulances, police cars and helicopters. It was Izuku. He ordered all the civilians back away from the area and scolded the heroes for not doing anything. A few minutes later Uraraka arrived at the scene and not a second later she instantly helped Izuku and then after that a couple more other heroes decided to help these people were Allmight, Aizawa and a couple of other heroes that I will let you decide. Izuku gave a firing speech to the Musutafu Police, paramedics, and firefighters to forget about the rules the main purpose of their job is to save people's lives. All of the Musutafu response units instantly went into the action and started saving people's lives. Around 20 minutes later the building started to collapse. Izuku, Uraraka, Aizawa, and most of the Musutafu response units survived. Sadly not everyone did Allmight and most of the firefighters some paramedics couple cops and a few heroes sadly died during the collapse trying to save more lives. In total there were 1,376 lives taken and most of them were civilians. After the collapse a few hours later. Izuku, Uraraka, Aizawa with some heroes and all the rest of the Musutafu response units started to look around and see if anyone survived and started to clean up the debris. In total there were 3,000 people in the tower. Only 1,700 were saved. In the next 5 months the cleanup was finished. Izuku and UA made a memorial for all the victims that died on that fateful day. All the names were placed on the concrete wall and there was another wall of all the people that saved lives on that fateful day. Nezu was now the leader of the World Heroes Association. Nezu got rid of a lot of laws for the benefit of the people and he increased the budget of the Japan security. Izuku and Aizawa were now great friends. Lastly Izuku and Uraraka finally became a couple and they both became parents and lived a peaceful life. The reason why I make this idea is because anyone can be a hero. The real heroes are the ones in the front lines saving people's lives not fighting villains. This is just an example of what happened on 9/11. I try my best to not make it exactly what happened in real life. I tried to make an example that even ordinary People or powerless people can save lives. What I have said does not have to be exact if you think there's a better version of my idea I encourage you to do it the only thing I did was give you a layout.
