There is a builder who has taken over a stuck project wherein 13 floors are built up with brick method. However, to complete the project in time they have adopted to prepare remaining 18 floors with Mivan. Is there any disadvantage w.r.t structural stability and durability?

Try to understand the basic engineering behind it, don't reject it as fact less. I didn't want to make it technically heavy.
