Never saw one but there are many halal option as most Javanese are also muslim. There are indian muslim restaurant who serve halal. Surinam has only 600.000 people

They speak Indonesian. Hindu and muslim from India speak Bhojpur. The Africa ex slaves talk padwan. Something like Jamaican. And all speak a mixed languages of al cultures named Sranang Tongo.
