I'm so pleased to see you've started to spend more money on yourself now your debt is much lower than what you started with. I'm especially pleased you decided to invest on therapy each week. Mental health is priceless I think. I'm hoping to be able to afford therapy for myself in the next couple of years just unfortunately isn't in my budget right now. I've definitely made some great budgeting changes through following your journey though :)
I think therapy is a great envelope to include and well worth making room for in your budget. It's like the cleaner, if it makes life work well for you then it's absolutely worth it. I have a PT and even though I am NOT in amazing shape, it feels so good to spend money on looking after my body. It costs £125 a month and I just treat that as an essential bill.
Loving the side hustle income. When I cash stuff I'm more conscious of where my money is going, and what I'm doing with it. There are things that are digital that I pay. With what I don't have to I've been withdrawing it and stuffing it. I feel like it's really grounding and watching stuffing videos roots the values of saving, preparing and enjoying life while hitting goals.

Omg Paris is one of my favourite places! You will have a fabulous time! Do yourself a favour and don’t stay in a hostel! Spend a little more money and stay in a hotel. The stories I’ve heard about hostels are scary! Fabulous cash stuffing and I’m glad you are investing in yourself and getting therapy. Hope you have a good week lovely xx
A cleaner 4 hours per week ! Girl you need the fly lady system, which I discovered in the last few months to help me stay on top of my housework. Then you’d have money for therapy and even clearing debt. Then a cleaner for about 6 hours per month is probably loads.
Hiya hunny, just so you know if your diagnosed with even just anxiety you can get therapy free on the NHS. Worth speaking with your doctor about it if you haven't already as it would save you a lot a month! I'm going to be getting it free on the NHS after a diagnosis of ADHD and Autism, but I was offered it previously just on an anxiety disorder diagnoses.

I used to have a personal trainer and found that she was brilliant therapy as I chatted to her during workout , we got on really well and I have noticed my mental health has suffered as I now can’t afford this , hopefully 🙏 will get back to it soon

I’m 16 and I really want to do this! But sadly I can’t do much as I only get £10 a week so I think it’s going to be a bit boring till I get a job
