      Slit disc make it easier.......I wouldn't say no to a plasma cutter thou !

    These first two episodes answered a ton of questions! I'll keep watching!
    (my first comment was on episode 39, which is where I started)
    I'm really interested in how you set the caster & how caster changes during suspension movement, since the spring gets longer but the lower link (which I thought was a spring) doesn't. With that setup, caster should decrease, but braking stability comes from caster, so increasing would be more ideal…I think…so I need to see more!

      quarter ellipticals were used on lots of early cars...usually the friction damper was the lower joint..with this method the caster will change as the spring lengthened but semi ellipticals do the exact same just not as much ...but really im no expert
