I have been rebounding for a week now! Yesterday & today, I completed the 1st 3 videos from your new South Dakota series! Amazing workout, you ladies are great! My heart rate got up there to get a great workout, got lots of steps in, and got a good sweat going! 💪 Beautiful scenery too! Excellent work! Thank you!! 💙
I have a cold, but wanted to workout anyway, and this was perfect Nikki, I enjoyed it a lot... And then did go on with second "episode"... Enjoyed it a lot too... Thanks ladies 🎉

Great job! Yes, some of these shorter ones work well for warm ups, cool downs, recovery, rest days, etc...

Yes these are all 350Pro - some are set to firm and some are medium
