Hello, thank you for watching. It is Amazon paper so that varies throughout the World depending on where it is locally printed to you. But that kind of paper is usually thin. I have not purchased any other Gabi Wolf books so cannot compare. It is not listed on the Amazon site and I don't have a paper gauge, sorry. I have not had a chance to colour in it yet. Assume it is fairly light and thin but single sided.
Totally, yes it was borrowed from a clinic setting both physical and mental facilities use it sometimes. Robin and other bird song has been medically tested to calm, soothe and lowers blood pressure, fact. I guess it didn't work on you. There is a mute button hun. For the record noise affects me so I test everything before uploading
