Now I've never played MUGEN and only briefly looked at his MUGEN wiki page, but it seems to me that Ronald Mcdonald was originally known for his AI being brutal rather than the character being cheap. I do have RoA though, so there's that.

There's probably loads of characters that can beat excellent Donald and there's characters that can beat those characters and so on.

iirc the RoA version is pretty much just this ronald's normals, with the apple, soda, and burger projectile specials, and the giant finger lazer for the super....honestly i just feel like it's missing the French fry barrier thing of the important stuff, and that the burger steamroller/Ronald doing a DIO may have been a more fitting super, or if you could chose your super
