While atishi is repeatedly asking why Swathi didn't get her medical done immediately, she refuses to answer to the Media question why the complaint of security breach was not lodged immediately. Instead, as it slipped out of her, a 'counter' complaint was filled by Vibhav after Swati recorded her statement under sec 164. Moreover, what is the locus standi of Vibhav, his services has been terminated and it was the duty of the head of the security apparatus in CM house to lodge a complaint after recording a DD entry in the register they maintain. If they had not done then the Secretary to CM should have written to the Commissioner of Police. This is a case of internal politics gone out of control.

Bibhav Kumar is not in charge of security of CM residence. It is for the CM residence security in charge to file the complaint and take action. Swati was in CM residence for more than half an hour but the video is only of 30-40 seconds. What happened in the remaining time is not known. She does not even know that once prosecution is launched in a criminal case, the State cannot withdraw it. The Babri masjid case against Advani could not be withdrawn and prosecution was duly completed and judgement rendered. AAP never answers any allegation but only makes counter allegations. Has the CM ever talked about his own house? Answer was in the form of allegation against PM for his house which was answered by CPWD.
