Peter has a dealers school on the boarder of Temecula- Murrieta, California, less than a half-mile west of the 15. I have been dealing in Southern California for almost 20 years and he is the best teacher that I have ever met! Teaches all the table games including Craps and Roulette.

May I suggest a video? Pulling stacks out of the bank with one hand, switching to the other flawlessly, pushing out to deliver without turning your back on the bank. Should be one fluid motion (as you know).

As an experienced roulette dealer, these are the exact ways I push.

It's a good thing everywhere I've worked has not really cared how you push stacks, but can you deal accurately, quickly, and without having players complain about you. I can't stretch my fingers around more than 3 stacks wide so I use two hands to push more than 6 stacks.

It's funny that on roulette math is the easiest part for me. Stack pushing and a consistent high rotation spin is a struggle.

I have hands smaller than Asian hands, could push any amount. Key for me was TIGHT stacks. And don't slow down don't stop, commit and keep going :) and ffs don't go down the route of sticking a bunch of crap on top of the flower. You'll have shit layouts that need changed, felt stretched, bumpy...just keep going and they push themselves.
