Roy Sears During the 1960’s and 1970’s in Las Vegas, Bill Cosby and other Black performers such as Sammy Davis, Jr. could not stay at the hotels where they performed. They were required to stay at all-Black hotels. If Cosby had attempted to check-in at a “White” hotel, he would have been arrested. Yet Cosby was able to sexually assault numerous White women during this time period, and was above the law? This defies logic and what we know about U.S. history and culture.

You won't change anyone's views on this subject matter. Cosby said these women "consented" but people against him ignore that or forget what it means. My own views on the subject are on the fence because i don't agree with neither cosby nor his "victims". I will say that this is something that should have been taken care of 30-40 years ago and currently it serves no purpose other then to shame the man. Seriously....shame WILL BE his worst punishment.

E Walker you must not studied American history.the founding fathers was slave owners, had children with slave girls. 57or 58 of the supreme court justices was slave owners, the mainstream populations speak proudly of these immoral men as if they were gods.if you are white and male there is no sin that can not forgiven or over looked.after all the president openly admitted to to molesting women before he was elected any way.
Judge caveman was accused of rape he became the supreme court justice. Judge Clarence Thomas was accused with questionable behavior with a employee he was comfermed to become a supreme court justice. And we all know why he was confermed.we all know what happened to the American Indian, and by whom.

when women from cosby's day say he "drugged me", its almost like saying a woman goes out with a guy in 2021, they smoke smoked a J, and ended up having sex and ko wake up then saying wait this guy drugged me. drug use is not a new thing, I'm willing to bet that everyone that disliked this vid has been to a party where drugs are present or have taken them when either going out with friend, co-worker or on a date. Also if these women were so fascinated with career advice why you going to a hotel or if you feel the vibe is leaning toward something intimate why stay in that situation. if you were in mortal danger you better scream, kick, yell, fight back, but in most cases this is non existent. we teach this to children let alone grown adults.

I appreciate Judge Mathis' honesty... somehow I feel like a lot of the black community has turned their backs on Cosby due to pure allegations. The Due Process that Judge Mathis is referring to isn't being respected by anyone -- social media outlets and tabloids has given others that self-righteous feeling that they're judge and juror and can already paint the man guilty. However, the proper procedure is INNOCENT until proven guilty and everyone is negating that but wouldn't be so bold if they themselves were in the crossfires of lies, wishing the justice system would treat them with the respect of Innocent Until Proven Guilty. Think about it... a black man in the 60s through 80s America is raping white men... when in the hell did white America EVER let that fly? He would've been lynched before he could even see a trial and everyone can testify to that. We'd have white men lining up by the pick-up truck just to get at him, so why wait so long to lie? People are now saying "oh not all these women claimed rape", YES THEY DID! That's what this WHOOOLE situation is about, how intoxicated fondling turned into rape... and even those who claim he only ever fondled them STILL also said he raped them. The sad part is, this destruction of the man could happen to anyone whether it's a famous person or not. If I left earth, tomorrow, to take a vacation on Mars an 30 women claimed I assaulted them, during the whole time I'm gone, I'd still be in trouble with the law even with the tickets to testify my alibi. This man is on his way to the grave, he's old and falling apart -- I guarantee after he's been proven innocent, should he die the very next week, everyone who was against him will have changed their opinions. Grown people behaving so fickle and childish, I wonder how all those women sleep at night, if they dream of the hell they're going to and wake up the next morning contemplating if they should confess that their allegations are lies. It's pure fucking evil what these bitches are doing to him... I'll give three of them the benefit of the doubt and say they met up with Cosby back in the day, had a few drinks with him and maybe did a few drugs like every other Hollywood and Rockstar (because Quaaludes were a common drug along with lsd, ether, mescaline, extasy, coke, heroin, etc) but now look back years later with regret. How many of us did something 10-15-20 years ago we look back on with embarrassment, now? It could've been the silliest thing that no one even remembers, but we do. That doesn't mean we try to hold others accountable for our own bad decisions. These women need to grow up and take responsibility for their own actions, such as lying and destroying a man's career. Damn vampires
