Yeah, I have tried ultra male on my wrist and could smell it for hours. I really enjoyed the scent but I was a bit unsure if I could wear this, I'm in my 40s now and was afraid that it was a bit to young for me !
dlite1972 your as young as you feel my friend! I will say Ultra seems a bit more sensual. if it's for the lady's maybe consider it. it's all opinion based my friend.

Thanks for the great video I have been wearing Le Male since 94 and wear it on the odd occasion as fragrance evokes memories and places. I find that le male terrible is the most wearable, ultra and fleur de male are beasts. I will definitely get essence a try, thanks

When I first tasted it, I hated it, the normal le male. Like a scent for youngsters for a night in the disco. After my eye surgery in December 2016 my taste changed. The eyes are connected to the nose and after the laser surgery it happened, that I fell in love with it. I ordered it today - and Luna Rossa Sport ;-).
For me , i prefer le male ,unbeateable and unique , ultramale is also verygood but for me is just to sweet with a litlle feminin vibe . i personally love the sweet and fresh combination of le male

JPG Le Male is my favourite out of the three and one of my favourite colognes for men ever, but I can't look at it the same way after trying Reflection Man.
i know...many many people LOVE the original so much still :) and yes reflection man is much more neat and dressed up version of Le male..i forgot to mention it...that one gives much much better performance too

I have been a Le Male user for many years, and recently bought the essence de parfum. It is a whole new scent on it's own and quite different from the originale Le Male. However different, i do like the scent, it is quite sexy and also longer lasting than the classic Le Male, but i still prefer the orginal Le Male scent over this new essence de parfum Le Male. So for me, the original Le Male remains my favourite for the foreseeable future. Just like the original Le Male, this scent is also more suited for the colder seasons like fall and winter. You also might wear this in colder spring days. It is certainly not a summer parfum in my opinion.
Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male I did not smell this since a very long time like 10 years or more.... is it just me or it smell a little like mont blanc emblem?
Ronneil Camara ultra male lasts longer, but for work i would prefer le male. ultra male is much sweeter and better for clubbing or something like that 😅
I don't believe in season scents, that fragrance is bomb in Jamaica even. My Husband wears it and I smell it all day on him. It's still my favorite for him to wear.
Brother I had smell of Le Male in Australia and its fragrance was very sweet and was too much long lasting But I received an le male from Canada. Its fragrance is not like that of Australia's LeMale, it is less sweet than it and it is also short of long lasting.
I just have Le Male and Ultra Male I like Ultra Male better it is like Cotton Candy or Bubble Gum. the Le Male smells minty but if you spray too much there is an odd smell that reminds me of urinal puck

just my thoughts and experiences with ultra male: i don´t like overly feminine pear vibe ... that´s why i don´t wanna wear this a lot .... i´ve bought it but i started to hate it (because it´s more woman/unisex scent than men´s scent) ... it´s just fragrance industry ... (like with tom ford black orchid - it was first marketed as a woman´s perfume, then unisex, now it´s marketed as a men´s fragrance = becaue women hated it and men bought it more than women)

I'm at odds whether to purchase it or not because, though feminine in smell (to me), I do like it... but I just can't think of a situation I can wear this. Most reviewers say "to the club", but I have more masculine smelling fragrances that will serve that purpose better

Buy CH men privé instead of ultra male .... it´s more masculine, not that super overpowering ... but it´s gentleman-ish fragranc (i don´t have it yet but i´ve tried it last winter at the airport, that was the best - very classy, not cheap alcoholic, not cloying, not synthetic) ... or buy versace eros (it´s powerful, last long - about 10 hours) ... but to me: versace eros is too strong/ sometimes i have headache when i put on 6 sprays on myself ... 2 sprays are enough .... i´m a fan of smooth, gentle, mature, not overly sweet frags .... i like L´homme, La Nuit by YSL or The One by Dolce Gabbana .... i stopped liking all the overly sweet scents for disco boys (one million, ultra male) ... so it depends what you like .... strong and sweet or mature and dark or gentle and smooth vibe ... maybe Guerlain is interesting house (or Narciso Rodriguez), try to have some samples L´homme ideal edt or edp or some other lines, not everybody around you wears Guerlain, so you will smell upper classy and unique, simply man with a style
Great Video. I just recently purchased a bottle and can not look up the batch code on check fresh Check cosmetics etc. Has anyone else had this problem? The batch on the bottom of my bottle is 5 digits
thanks man,i have the same problem.i tried checkfresh, didnt give me the brand...but check cosmetics gave me the date when these were released , the code is actually 6 digits, you have to include the letter after the 5 digit...mine was xcn76x , hope this helps
Hello Joy sorry to bother you again. Was wondering if you have tried Cuba Gold? Another reviewer (Dracdoc) said it's nearly Identical to Le Male (reformulated). Obviously your a man with Class, so I don't mean to offend you with a cheapie ($5-$10) cologne. But I was hoping to hear your opinion, if they truly are comparable or in different leagues altogether. I've bought Cuba Gold. Also want Le Male regular unless it would be a waste of money, since I already have Cuba Gold.
you never bother me bro :) i did try that..and any cologne is good to me as long as it smells great...pricetag is nothing :) to me it has vibes of le male...id say 60% but le male is definitely the game...magical stuff for winter...the potency is much louder and definitely wont be a redundant purchase in my book bro :)

Ultra Male, specifically the batch made by BPI, it's gorgeous. Definitely in my top 5. If the newest one had better sillage/longevity I'd buy it for sure - great scent, poor performance :(
demonwares Thanks man. I picked up the classic edition and I only like the blue and gold. However, the projection and longevity is lacking. Red and orange is disgusting. I want to try Royal since it's a 1 Million clone. Haven't smell it though.
ITSATRAP ! longevity is bad on all cuba is my guess... but so is current version of Le Male... so if you will get poor performance anyway, might aswell go with cuba.

I have a 2019 bottle of Ultra Male and I don't find it to be as strong and sickeningly sweet as everyone else says it is.

To me Ultra male smells exactly like wild strawberries and a hint of lime, when you let it sit on skin it gets a masculine vibe to it luckily.

To me I can smell essance for about 3-5 hours with projection and then a skin scent for around 6-8

I got a 2013 or 2014 bottle. xmas 2013 maybe. It is okay Le Male. reformulated probably but it lasts OK and it projects especially pretty good.
It's me again! After seeing this, I have a question which do you think is a better cooler weather fragrance le male or le male essence eau de parfum?
