@@darrenhamel3371 It's not a third party - these are manufactured by Tennant and designed for use in floor scrubbers. You can use a light degreaser but you run the risk of the recovery tank foaming up, bypassing the shut off and destroying your vacuum motor. Good luck!
Hi Raul, the vacuum motor is automatically engaged when the squeegee is lowered to the floor. If the squeegee is lowered and the vacuum motor is still not activated, check the vacuum motor fuse. If that is still intact, it may be a faulty vacuum motor or wiring, or worn motor carbon brushes. Hi, I followed instructons of how to replace the brush, pushed the plunger downward and turned clockwise but it didn't release 🤷♀
