Here in Saudi Arabia all used to say kaif halak، كيف حالك، or kaifak, كيفك, kaisa hai aap in reply the another says alhamdullah tammam, quaran arabic is different from spoken Arabic, and there so many dialect like egyptian, sudani, syrian yemni etc.
