It is a superb film, very moving and a must to watch a few times, as there are so many underlining meanings with many scenes. If this film, went straight to DVD, then it really sums up the shallow world we all live in !
This was a AMAZING MOVIE !! BEAUTIFUL ..My 10 year old son watched it with me and had so many questions .My mother has a old picture of sitting bull in her home that she gave to my son as a gift ..Thank you for such a great movie that made us want to learn ,and understand more .
I think I'll buy the movie at Walmart. They usually have a good selection of new DVD releases and their associates can find any movie you are looking for.
Its a shame that this film was only shown at six theatres then kicked into the dustbin of obscurity by releasing it on streaming and direct to DVD. I'm annoyed that I didnt get the chance to see it on the big screen in a real cinema. I woukd have happily paid my price of admission to see it in cinematic glory and not have to settle for watching it on tv. Now that its out on dvd I guess I have no choice but to watch it in tv, but it will be a diminished experience. More so because I have yet to see it out on Bkue Ray...it exists, but what store want to stock dobscure direct to tv movies on premium priced Blue Ray that no ones going to buy? I have to say that the people who allowed this to get in the hands of a streaming tv service without a general theatrical release screwed up royaly! They completely destroyed the films place in cinematic histiry.
Самые важные моменты для меня в этом фильме это речь славного вождя на собрании,мощная,сильная и невероятно поэтичная,это была его лебединая песня и он об этом знал и второй фрагмент в конце фильма в виде послесловия мелким шрифтом-после убийства вождя все индейцы этой резервации были уничтожены,ну а чем.тут можно говорить? Все остальное это блестящие бусы и фантики,на которые в очередной раз ведутся доверчивые индейцы, Кстати,впереди кого идёт эта не совсем нормальная женщина? Впереди индейцев? Может впереди Вождя? Эту. Актрису ввели в фильм только как приманку,чтобы фильм смотрели,да ещё с Майклом Грейэйсоом,это именно он и вытянул этот фильм!
