I've seen many cases where the washer mounting brackets and the pedestal's do not align. It's currently my case and that's why I'm here. All 4 four legs have been fully retracted. There is little information out there but I came across a comment saying you should remove the jam nuts. Will that work? Is it possible that the brackets do not align because of factory defect?
Where did you get those white clips from, coz I bought a lg dryer dle3600w and it does not come with those clips. I watched both the lg USA SUPPORT and lg Canada support and in those videos it clearly says use the clips provided however it was not in the package, I looked several times. Those clips are pre-installed on the washer though.

The screws are meant to lock the appliance to the pedestal. Meant to reduce potential vibration and noise.
I bought my pedestal but it has no screws and I would like to know what size I can put on it
