What a pleasure to listen the releases from your rooster, *Naturmacht*, so pure in essence, honest, uncompromise; in this case a great and undeniable finnish album that captures the attention from start to finish with remarkable quality as usual with the bands the label present. Horns up, cheers from Argentina 🇦🇷, an almost (thanks to the "nomad scum", you know....) disolved country, drowned in corruption by non patriotic maggots and a blindfolded people; hope you guys don't be fooled (as nation) by these worms that are doing everything to push the begining of the WW III to fight each other in a common and purposeless (at least for us, not for them...) total destruction. T'is my first time stumbling upon these lads. The Finns' truly are the Kings'' of Folk. I've listened to Moonsorrow and many other Finns' over the years. This is a new favourite. Hail. 🪓
There's a certain sound and energy they evoke. They are close to their culture. Finntroll, Early Korpi, Moonsorrow, Ensiferum and the like place clean vocals in certain pieces that give it the Finn' touch. Their melodies and groove are always Håmmer. It must be something in their air. 😏⚔
The last time Finns' came to my part of Can'tnada was 2008, I believe. All the greatest Euro bands tour seldom in North America, I don't blame them. I'll have to get my arse on a plane someday and visit my Ancestral land of Europe. Midgardsblot, Wacken, Kilkim Zaibu. All the greatest festivals ,without Karate in the pit.
This will definitely be one of my candidates for album of the year!
