Imma just say it, I hate the spear. It’s annoying to use with the lock on, annoying to carry, sacrificing your backpack slot for only 3 extra rockets which you only get one back on resupply, sometimes the rocket just flies right into a wall or just outright misses, and even when all goes well and it actually hits… it just doesn’t deliver nearly enough firepower to make up for all its downsides.

I love the spear but I tried to recoil this and honestly I think that's a bit better... Trust me when the spear works it feels terrific but that lock sometimes is the worst ... I can consistently get one shot on Titans granted they are coming in my direction or somewhat .
It definitely needs a buff.
I suggest making it target the head specifically or making the lock on better in general
Maybe a bit more damage and if not that give it the ability to act as a real javelin once a target's been marked you can lock on from very far distances granted you have the line of sight.
