I think Taehyung is right. The staff did trick him and then punished him by taking his dinner money. How did Taehyung get left alone at the beginning? They don't tell us that. I think it was a set up to make Tae be on his own, in a foreign country without even another member to help decide what to do. Taehyung is the least able to navigate a situation like this on his own and I think the staff was hoping for some drama and then got mad when they had to drive 2 hours to pick him up. They seem vindictive, specifically toward Taehyung. No wonder our bright, happy, silly Tae Tae became our quiet, serious man. I don't think Taehyung was really just not worried, having fun enjoying the scenery. I think he knew they had set him up so he just gave up knowing they would have to come get him. He said so in the film. They already tricked him about his lost bag and passport. I think they are too mean to the members while trying to make drama for their shows.
The staff didn't purposely let him go alone... They explained it in the very first episode. Since V was acting in the drama Hwarang, he had his schedule for it. Bon Voyage also had it's own schedule, however, because V's commitment of dates to the drama, he got delayed for one day. Since he booked his tickets a day later than the other six, he booked it in a different airline, hence, he became alone. And he wasn't calm because of some trick and he knew, he was calm because he wasn't alone. There is one cameraman and at least one bodyguard with him, you expect BigHit would just let them wander around without protection? Come on!!! He is one of the seven most precious artists of theirs. He knows them, familiar with the staffs. He trusted his future with them and left home. He knew if anything goes side ways, the staff would make sure he returns Korea safely first. They weren't bullying them, more like, they were giving them a chance to be normal boys in a place where people barely know them and won't rush for selfies and autographs at them. They never had a chance to travel like an ordinary tourist, traveling by public transport, constantly checking budgets, experience in loosing important staffs and so and not always being taken care of. It's a basic skill you should have to survive if you ever find yourself alone in such situations . So they were letting them being themselves while keeping a close watch at their security. I get it sometimes BigHit staffs do go overboard, but please don't get blinded with hate by just looking at what they are showing you after editing hours of footages.

Yap his alleged lost bag is not really lost he in trusted it to their staff and yet he was betrayed, jk and yongi in one of their interview says that V is very detailed person just like me, and our things are very important. Me too sometimes I don't like their old videos cause I see many mistreatment they do for v añd how they favor that person only.
He is not the least who can navigate a situation like this, contrary he is the one who can actually navigate and find the way out from every type of situation. From the very beginning he was one of the smartest member, just liked to have fun and many of fans took him as silly guy. He managed to drive from airport to the city, was able to interact with locals and had a really good time.. Also, during this he used map and was in total control where he was.. and was enjoying the smallest things..
Really feel bad for tae.. But very happy to see his perspective of life, I need it, everyone needs this vision in their life. That's why I choose him as my bias ❤
