im recognizing jhope step and practice on my own . its help me to lose weight . before i found this video my weight is about 96kg . and now im gladly said my weight is 47kg . within 3 to 4 months of this choreo , without dieting or any others exercise . its also help me to build up my calf muscle too . trust me guys .
