“If the proclamation of emergency is issued at a time when the Lok Sabha has been dissolved or the dissolution of the Lok Sabha takes place during the period of one month without approving the proclamation then the proclamation survives until 30 days from the first sitting of the Lok Sabha after its reconstitution provided the Rajya Sabha has in the meantime approved it” I came here to understand these lines... but kahin bhi mention nahi tha..!!

It means that
Rajya sabha has to approve its continuation when the LS Dissolves,
And once a new lok sabha is constituted then the proclamation survives until 30 days from the first day of new lok sabha .

On papers, President can not agree to the advice if (s)he feels so but indirectly, he is just a nominal head as you must be knowing, therefore (s)he has to abide by it and in most of the cases they accept the same.

You said that Indira Gandhi had gotten the national emergency proclaimed by the President without the parliamentary approval. But as per the constitution, it can be imposed without the parliamentary approval only for a period of 30 days. My doubt is, does it not automatically get revoked if the approval does not come till 30 days?

Internal emergency will occur when there will be armed rebellion by the people of India itself. Then I don't think it's pragmatic to secure the fundamental rights of such armed rebels. As per my limited knowledge I can assume this might be somewhat related to the provision as you mentioned in your question.
