DUDE! The MASTER SYSTEMMM! 😱 That system really did have some of the best 8-bit sounds too... I used to play one in a giant electronics department store in Redlands, back in the 80's. They even let you demo the 3D glasses back then :))
Master System is such a special system for me, I got mine for my birthday, even have pictures of me opening it. Still have it complete with its box to this day. I would never sell it, we didn't have a lot as kids and it was the first system that was all mine. Yeah I wanted a Mega Drive but when I got my Master System II I was so excited and played it to death. It's now RGB modded and has pride of place in my retro setup
Dude that Little Nero's Pizza Hat is total Grail status one of coolest things seen you find! Home Alone is the greatest 80-90's nostalgia film. It's actually my fav movie ever.

4:10 Those VG Superstars Resident Evil figures are great. They are the same company behind the excellent Mario Kart 64 figs. I have the RE1 and RE2 complete, MOC. I ordered them when they were first offered, as with the MK64 (6 figures), and Zelda figures. I used to be a more active collector in the 90's,. Working for a game store helped. :) -MattH

The master system was to the uk...Europe and Brazil.... how the nes was to you guys in America, im so jealous of your big box find...surely that has got to be the crown jewl of your collection now you lucky lucky man
Just picked up some mid 80's press kits last weekend. Christine, Brazil, Star Trek IV, Space Camp... The Sega Master System was the first console of my own that wasn't a family item (of course it was available to everyone). Many hours were spent on Out Run, Shinobi, Afterburner and Choplifter. BTW, the best version of Double Dragon is on the Master System.
Sick deal dude. That sega master system box was my first system as kid in the Christmas 1986. The 3d glasses was fun, I end up stepping on them a couple years later and breaking them. So many memories playing it, double dragon, Reggie Jackson baseball, ghostbusters and California games.
I am so happy for you Riff. The Sega Master System is my favourite console ever, and I love collecting for it. It doesn't get the love it deserves, I hardly ever hear anyone talk about it.
