- New Wunderwaffe DG-2 replica prop I made for my collection. Although I did print, build and wire this prop, the engineer behind this master piece is

My brother said he loves that you have it when it's a dg2 it shoots 3 ans the dg3 shoots 6. It's cool that one lever makes the lights stay on for the shot and turns off for the intervals

oh man I wanted that gun so bad I ordered it when it was on sale but I was trying to communicate with the seller but he wasn’t responding back to me
I really want to re create this !! How difficult was it to do? Any tips ?
Honestly it was a bit a challenge, the main part that's hard is getting the ejection to work. I'd recommend sanding or carefully trimming some parts of the ejection with a small razor so that they run smoothly, otherwise there is too much friction and the bulbs will fail to eject

Hard to say since I had some stuff on hand already but some things I had to buy that i did not have totaled around $220.
(This doesn't count electricity cost for the printer running days)

would you consider doing a tutorial on how you made it, how it was printed etc. I know the original designer is TheRayGunProject but it seems so daunting to even try to replicate

It seems like you printed the mounting panels instead of laser cutting them from 1/4" wood, any way you can share those stl's? I've tried converting the svg but with no luck
Glad to see someone else recently completed this! Great work! I am currently in the process of printing the parts... the next hurdle is to get all the electrical components squared away! Do you happen to have any tips for assembly and such?
Thanks! As for tips, I'd recommend testing the ejectors and trimming parts if necessary until they work without issue before gluing/installing them to the panels, most of the electronics shouldn't have issues if everything is wired correctly, however be sure the prongs on the light bulbs are long enough to complete their circuit when put into the ejector so that they do get a good connection

Also yes, a majority of it are 3d printed parts except for certain things like the hose, some of the rods are wood and metal, and a wooden dowel as barrel support

The 3 bulbs? Those are the vacuum tubes but they just have a led inside
