- ♡ Hello everyone and happy Sunday friends with a brand new and sweet recipe.😍 I've wanted to try making the cute giraffe cake for ages and here I am finally with two versions tested for you.🤤 And the addition of the kinder chocolate bars for make it even more captivating and fascinating in front of children... but not only. Both were a huge hit at home and everyone was thrilled. It is a very particular dessert created with different layers which you will discover how to create during the tutorial... these borders, colors and delimitations will make the cake truly spectacular. I didn't believe it until I tried it and I swear I completely fell in love with it.❤️ It's soft, it's butter-free, it's light and for breakfast soaked it's ideal... but also fabulous for a birthday!!! 🎉 I really hope you like this recipe. ♡ I hug you tightly. 🥰 #recipes #cake #sardinia
📝 INGREDIENTS for the yellow dough (yolks):
✔ 100 g of sugar
✔ 6 large egg yolks at room temperature
✔ the grated zest of an organic orange
✔ 100 ml of milk at room temperature
✔ 65 ml of seed oil
✔ 165 g of “00” flour
✔ 8 g of vanilla baking powder
📝 INGREDIENTS for the white dough (egg whites):
✔ the grated zest of an organic lemon
✔ one and a half tablespoons of filtered lemon juice
✔ a pinch of salt
✔ 6 large egg whites at room temperature
✔ 100 g of sugar
✔ 50 ml of milk at room temperature
✔ 65 ml of seed oil
✔ 165 g of “00” flour
✔ 8 g of vanilla baking powder
📝 INGREDIENTS for borders and decorations:
✔ bitter cocoa powder to taste
✔ Kinder chocolate bars to taste.
✔ vanilla icing sugar to taste
✔ colorful balls
♨ COOKING:
✔ springform cake tin 24 - 26 cm in diameter
✔ 170° in preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes
