Yes! to working with your own biorythm and turning off notifications. I had some stressful stuff going on, and people were constantly sending e-mails back and forth, so everytime I looked at my phone it was people fighting and it gave me a shot of noradrenaline everytime, before bed, in the morning, during my walks, while I was cooking with my kid... A second phone is also a great idea.
And I also tried to be in the 5 AM club, but it made my life so much worse. I now do a lot of menial stuff before 9 am and then start work, because my brain doesn't know how to focus before that.

I would love a video like this focused more directly on managing all of these things as not a morning person! I can relate!

Love how realistic these are!!! I've been experimenting with various rituals, routines to have productivity, and it's a mishmash of what people do and what I do. 💁🏻‍♀️💕

How old is your youngest child? I have a one-year-old well getting closer to 2 who's at home all the time and is extremely full-on it can be hard to plan around her! Good tips though I was glad to see a mum specific time management video!

do you get financial support from your ex partner? i don't as he's a bully alcoholic so i have to earn every penny. some good tips though but working for every penny myself means meals, cleaning, dog walks, self care, house maintenence, garden jobd have to take a back seat.

If you are a real mom. You stay at home care and raise them. If you are financially poor do not have kids.

Almost every video I watch I hear the creator say "so many people have been asking for this." You don't have to justify why your making these videos. Especially when it's the same reason every time. Everyone is requesting them I get it and it's becoming to be annoying.
