Tulsa, OK; I've been watching a few channels in Azerbaijani, gosh, 2-3 years maybe. Especially the one where a woman's retired chef husband died. No talking, just the beauty of their country location and good food. It was this woman's vblog where I learned about her Bolognese. This lady cooks and bakes from scratch and shows step by step instructions.
So I made her recipe for my spaghetti. A meal that I could eat everyday. I could not believe how yummy that was.
I ask other channels to give better instructions when cooking, but those requests comes up. Even learned some new stuff too.

These plums are known as "greengages" in the UK, and "Reine-Claude" in France. When fully ripe, they are excellent in jam, and no sugar is needed.
