Well done!! AGAIN!! Agree with Brie, love the fall so much☺️. One of the greatest trips to the Smokies we’ve ever had was the fall of 2021. We not only got to see the full fall of colors, start to finish, but also got to see Dollywood fall & Christmas decorations….what a trip to remember….looking like we will be able to come again this fall so we will try to come before Dollywood fall ends & stay until after the Christmas to see them both🙏🏻🙏🏻

The Harvest Festival was great and it was nice to meet you guys. You have kind and welcoming personalities. Also, it’s neat that your niece has the same wonderful name as our daughter. Gosh! I haven't been to Dollywood since the mid- 80s and boy has it grown and changed! Although my family and I have visited and even lived in the area at one point, Dollywood just never was one of the places we went. Looks like we were cheating ourselves out of a great time. Especially this time of year when we loved to visit most often. Now that my wife has passed and my youngest is basically grown, I highly doubt I'll ever get there so, thank you so very much for bring us to all these amazing spots around eastern TN! 💙🙏🏼

I just adore Dollywood. It’s always beautiful no matter what season. I want to come in October but my husband always takes vacation in November. We will be arriving the 5th thru the 11th and I’m sure I will miss all this beings they will probably be transitioning to Christmas. Someday I might get to see all this in October. I’m so jealous! Great video!

Well we are coming back for this this 2024. The one time we went to Dollywood was the night we met you at the church service and it was FREEZING. We have decided to go when its warm and experience Dollywood without chattering teeth and cold hands.

I've never been but I would love to. And if I had been or will my favorite would be the Butterfly pumpkin display because my mother who has passed away loved butterflies. She always said that when you see a butterfly it's a loved one come to visit you so when I see a butterfly it's my mother visiting me and watching over me.

Great video. I love Dollywood especially for the harvest festival and smoky mountain Christmas. That is when Dollywood it is its best.I wish i could have been there. Thank you for bringing it to us. It has been 2 years since we were at the harvest festival. As always excellent content and very informative. The pumpkins were neat how they all were themed and beautiful. The pumpkin carving was very interesting. I can't wait to ride big Bear Mountain someday.

My favorite display is the butterfly and the quilts. My great grandma made quilts and I have one.
I'm with Ryan about Lighting Rod. Rode it once in March and never again. My butt was off the seat most of the ride. Is Harvey the pumpkin new this year? Also on another vlog I saw a guy dressed up like a Fall ambassador walking through the park like Miss Lillian. Great job. Coming down 10-22 and going to Dollywood 10-23. Can't wait.❤
Harvey has been at the Harvest Festival before. I know the ambassador guy you’re talking about. I said hey to him as our daughter worked with him on a Christmas show last year. Hopefully our next video coming out with all the food helps on your upcoming visit and you have a wonderful time!

I’m pro-cat, too, Brie! But just a caution, you can’t have just one! We started with one and now we have five indoor cats in addition to feeding 3-4 strays daily, depending on who shows up!! Great video as usual, heading to the area in less than 2 weeks for our second visit from Long Island, NY.

Dollywood looks amazing. Have you ever considered fostering a dog? The Sevierville shelter is over crowded and looking for fosters. Might be a way to see how a dog would fit into your family. Thanks for another great video🙂

They are just closing the Lighting Rod roller coaster on the 30th at the end of the harvest festival for upgrades. The rest of the park will remain open through the rest of the year. Glad you could virtually enjoy walking through Dollywood's Great Pumpkin LumiNights with us!

@@AdventureIsOutThere just finally got ahold of the national parks and they informed all public parking area etc related to park would be closed if government shutdown happens.
I’m team dog!! (Sorry Bree…)…maybe get one of each so they can grow up together?? … Love the new fall aesthetic down show street. It seems like the Eve spread out a lot of the decor this year which is so great!! Can’t wait see it all in person:). Glad they brought the fall show on the wildwood tree this year! The footprints next to where he roars at big bear is cute!!
We really liked the harvest sky & glad they are utilizing that area now for the Harvest Festival! We have lots of trips planned to WDW, so I think the biggest hesitation is having someone else take care of the Dog while we are away. Maybe someday we will convince Brie to join team dog! 😁 Hopefully you can enjoy the park soon Mary! I’ll be dropping our food guide tomorrow sharing our favorites.
Dogs are better companions than cats. However, if you like to travel and go on vacation, you have to board dogs because they are so needy and cannot be left alone, a cat does not care if you go on vacation for a week and leave it food and water and have somebody just pop in on it. So for traveling families-team cat😺

Cats go to the bathroom in their litter box and then walk around on everything; furniture, counters, etc. 🤮

That is true too. My Schnoodle is 13. Has had 2 bladder surgeries for bladder stones in the last two yesrs. He is on special food and certain meds. You are on a schedule with any animal especially an inside pet. Good thing about cats is you can leave out enough food and water and they should be good to go with the litter box. As far as allergies, there are dogs that don't shed. Mine doesn't, poodles don't shed, nor Maltese. All cats shed. They are not hyperallegic.They are all expensive now days. I have had all kinds of animals my whole life from pigs to horses to cows to chickens to rabbits to dogs and so on. We have decided when something happens to our little guy. No more pets of any kind. We try to travel as much as we can. We take ours with us but there are still things we like to do that he is not allowed to do. So as busy as ya'll are and traveling or having to be back to let the dog out or feed the dog, etc is a big decision. So now you need to decide cat, dog, or nothing for now. Just saying. Good luck. Just pray about it. God knows best. Of course you know that. By the way, thanks for all your hard work. I appreciate it

I have to sided with the mama on what type of pet y'all should have. Cats are the easiest to care for. feed them twice a day and clean out the litter box once a day and that's it. The cat will let you know when it wants to play or to cuddle......
Dogs demand a lot more care.
The reason mom should choose is because after 6 months of having a pet, she's the one that ends up caring for it 90% of the time....
No matter what pet you choose please get it from a animal rescue/shelter....
We already have cats, Brie like that we can be away for the day & not worry about getting back in time to let the dog out.
