- So it's now been over a month since you've been gone... I've been meaning to make this video for a while now but couldn't bring myself to do it as it would bring back all the amazing memories which we have made together. I know it's not long or amazing, but looking at all these videos of us together makes me miss you so damn much. I miss you everyday,with every beat of my heart. Not one day or minute goes by where I don't think about you. You were not only my best friend but my soulmate and being without you feels so wrong... you were the only one to always put a smile on my face no matter how bad the day was, you always cheered me up with your cheeky,loving,caring and honest personality. People always say that it's the best ones that get taken away first, and I guess they were right because you were the best horse I have ever come across, you got me through everything and I'm so glad that I was able to spend over a year of my life with you. Since you've left me i've been left with a hole inside my heart... a hole which will never heal no matter how good the day because you were my person, you took a piece of me with you when you left because you were my soulmate. I just want you to know that I miss you lots and lots but I want you to be happy and have a great time with your new friends, and please remember how much I love you and that no other horse will replace you. Don't worry about me because after all, this isn't a goodbye but a see you later. I love you boo, see you soon.

I just lost my horse 3 days ago, died in her sleep.here is our story: I found her in a pasture with severe rain rot and no love. I contacted the owners and they said I could ride her, she was in bad shape so riding was out of the question. Instead I groomed and bathed her everyday, along with hand walks in the woods. She quickly healed and we would ride bareback and no bridle or halter. She could be a grumpy old hag but I loved her and she loved me. If I had a bad day I would let her out and loose. I would jump aboard and thru my tears say let's go popit. She would sprint towards the woods at break neck speed. We would run for a while and stop at a tiny field. I would dismount and watch her graze. Then when it was time to go I would say let's go home girl. She never ran home, only walked. I trusted her so much. I never got to say goodbye or a true thank you to the most amazing horse God has ever put in my life. RIP Popstar I will see you soon my sweet girl!❤

I still miss him, I think it was all my fault,missing that one jump,him hitting the beam and falling on top of me, even though he could have killed me I didnt care,I love him, Fly high Checkers. 💞

My man is getting old..any day now I’m waiting for that call. He’s 26, such an amazing old man. I’m riding a new horse now..I’ve just never felt the bond that I do between these two animals. It’s amazing how they can leave in just seconds..
I'm sorry and just yesterday I found out my horse was purposely poisoned and was dead crashed through the fence trying to get away 😭

I just came across your tribute video to Fudge. I'm so sorry for your loss. My heart horse was Charlie. He was a beautiful sorrel and it was 4 years ago on October 8th that I said goodbye. It still hurts but I have so many beautiful memories with him. Those memories will never die. ♡
2019 anyone? My horse died 2018 he was my best friend after that I never rode for 6 months then I did I still don’t wanna forget him he will be my best friend for life🐎🐎🐎😓😥 I never got to say goodbye

I am sorry for your loss. I lost my best friend in August of 2016. And I feel I will never be the same.
What a wonderful memorial and tribute to Fudge. Losing a horse is a pain like no other. I lost a horse suddenly in 2013. The mourning, I think, will be indefinite. I planted a rose bush on his grave and placed a statue of a foal and an American flag on it, because he was my baby and my hero. The pain of losing him is now fresh, but I take comfort in knowing I will have him again.
Remember, we are only temporarily separated.

I was watching this video crying. My dog came up to me and licked my tears away, curled up close up to me, like she knew... that the worst pain I’ll ever feel is losing her. Waking up without her. No words could explain my love for her. I feel as if she read my mind and said: I’ll always be with you, no matter what happens.

My horse died 2months ago because we had a bad vet.I was preparing for a jump when he threw me of him and he layied down so I went up to him and hug him and we called emergency but they didn’t make it in time so he died and I didn’t even know what was happening so I’m at least happy I could have this moment of hugging for the last time😭
That made me think of my gelding that died a few months ago. Before this s comment I was crying and missing him. I love this video!

I lost my horse in 2017, too. He was my first horse and I got him in 2001
This video is beautiful. It shows you guys' bond with each other. Horses come and go, but they have purposes in life; to live with YOU! Who knows, maybe when you pass away you'll see him galloping in a grassy green field waiting there for you.
I understand your loss. Seems that you had been special to one another. My horse died 2 years ago of a heart attack very suddenly. It was one of the most difficult times in my life.

I don’t have my own horse but i know how it feels to let a horse go, so I was riding this lesson horse one day and she took off with me I fell and couldn’t ride for what felt like forever but honestly I was scared but there was one horse I could trust bramble he was amazing no matter how hard I fell I knew I could trust him I loved him he loved me he did everything for me when I could barely get on a horse without having a panic attack he was patient and taught me how to walk again and bit by bit I learned to ride again at one point I started to jump again, but then he passed away I know how much it hurts If u have ever loved someone and then lost them you know how it feels.
I remember When I Lost My Horse,Buddy I was in 2nd grade It git me hard I had to skip school for a couple days bc i was crying...

I grew up with horses. My second pony was a Basutu by the name of Ocean Song. One day she fell through a cattle grid and broke both her front legs. I was hysterical, and didn't want my dad to shoot her, but he told me to look into her eyes as she lay there - helpless and in agony. When I did, I knew that it was the right thing - the only thing - that could be done to help her. RIP Fudge - You're in a better place now, and say hello to my Ocean for me please.

My sweet girl, I’m SO VERY SORRY you had to lose your best friend. I know the pain seems crushing and nothing short of cruel. I’m 52 years old and have lost too many beloved animal souls shared with mine and the worst of all, my beautiful mother. I’m here to tell you.... make a promise to you that those we’ve loved and lost made our hearts bigger and ready so that we could love those who don’t have it in their lives and desperately need it. I promise❣️❣️❣️
My horse Nugget is getting to that age where he is getting too old and i dont want to let him go not now not ever (he is 16). He is the best horse ever no buck,no kick,no bite and no pigroots. I dont want too loose him.😢😢. I am also sorry for your lost i know he was probably the most important animal in your life. Just know he will always be in your heart❤🐴

I've not stopped crying, I keep replaying the video, I know the feeling of how I felt and how I still do feel of Darcy when she went to her new home , so I can't imagine how broken u must be feeling because I was on the edge at that point 😕 Rest in peace beautiful Fudge, I hope you enjoy galloping through the skies and looking after Jamie!

I lost my horse in a freak accident…I can relate to everything you said…he took me from poles on the ground to 3’. The worst part is I didn’t get to say goodbye because when it happened we were on vacation. Don’t take things for granted. I never appreciated the time we had together until it was gone. While my heart belongs now to another horse. It like a thumbtack in a wall. You can patch it and take it out but the scar will always be there

The lesson horse i used to ride for lessons just passed away and i cant forget about it no matter how hard i try and he was my everything he was the sweatest and he was special to me and he was there when i got hurt, when i got bullied at school i felt like i had to end myself but he got me through it all and he was the best and his name was k2 and i loved him so much and i bet him and fudge are running around in the mountians and even tho we cant see them they are there ;3

Not a horse owner,but a huge animal lover...dogs and cats the most...i had a kitten Pumpkin,and,2 years ago,she got lost in a snowstorm,and i was crying and calling her for 3 hours in that storm.It didn't matter how cold it was,my parents were desparate to find her..it was night so it was even harder to find her..Storm went out of hand,my dad came out and pulled me in house..2 Weeks later,snow started to melt,and I found her,dead..i was so shocked and i was about to call the vet,even though I knew she couldn't be alive....we live next to a river,and we....sank her body down the river,because it's the "blessed river"...she is not my only cat that left me..there were also.. Kiki,Blake,Whitney....i got a Norwegian Royal female cat and male cat that live in house,and also 7 cats outdoor...Well there is ond buddy...Junior,i call him..Kiki loved going into my garage and eating all food that i left at night for my male cat(he sleeps there at night) and they just sleep on the swing(she used to came in by opend garage windows...after she died,i was lost,something was missing..whenever dad parked my car in the garage,i came out waiting for Kiki to come in running,but she didn't come,ever again..Now,Junior,he adores my BASEMENT(place where my female Norwegian cat sleeps at night) and just sneakily eat all the food and sleep on her swing...He is such a good boy,he has the same personality as his older dead auntie he never met...I belive that animals soul always comes back to you in another shape...she does...so if you ever lose a beloved pet,don't be suprised if you see another animal with same personality as your beloved one...
