My mother had hoped to visit Imam Reza, but relations were tense between Iraq and Iran for many years. After 2003, relations became better between the two countries, but my mother passed away.
When I decided to visit Imam Reza, the economic situation deteriorated greatly in Iran, and I was reluctant to travel due to security concerns. But what I see in this video is that Iran is very honest and the people are friendly.

Iran's second largest city and spiritual centre, Mashhad is located in the northeastern province of Khorasan. An historically important transit city along the Silk Road, Mashhad, which literally means 'place of martyrdom', is most famous for accommodating the tomb of Imam Reza, the 8th Shia Imam.
I was born in Tehran but my dad was from Mashhad. We use to go there a lot. I love that city.
More than welcome to exchange out city if you're so interested! If someone lives in Tehran, they would die tolerating pro-islamic bias people here in Mashad. Again, I say I'm really glad if people actually exchange their dreamland together, we would have a better world.

Shias and Sunnis have some things in common which is believing in Quran, accepting that Prophet Muhammad is the prophet, praying 5 times a day and the key pillars of islam is still there. During prophet's time shias and sunnis did not exist. After the prophet said Ali would be the person to follow (according to shia), some people accepted it but some followed Abu Bakr and then the Sunni and Shia division happened. There is a verse in Quran that some people believe it mentions (indirectly) when the prophet told muslims Ali would be the person muslims should follow. Of course as what I have been thought I am believing shia is the right way and hopefully allah will accept shia beliefs. Also I hope that I'm right.
@@hkar4385 First of all . Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon to him) was ill and his companions asked to be imam for the Salah(Namaz) . But he said that Abu Bakr RaziAllahu anhu should be the Imam that he himself was so ill and can’t be . He was the Prophet’s closest friend and the most loyal friend of him and the partner in the cave. Ali RaziAllahu anhu , also knew those facts and didn’t claim the leadership.
2. Qur’an has only one the perfect version. Allah said to that he saves the Qur’an until the day of the judgement.
3. If you say that Qur’an we are reading is not perfect , then you are kafir . If you insult the prophet’s wife , mother of the Ummah Aisha RaziAllahu anhu and his father Abu Bakr RaziAllahu anhu , you are kafir, you are not a muslim. The same as a Maj’us ( Zaroastanian) .

Hello, If you are in Iran now you should try the chocolate there, it is very delicious. Anyone in my family or friends who goes to Iran brings us chocolate. My mother was in Iran for years and her heart is attached to Iran and now I show her your videos as a surprise and she is very happy, thank you very much .

@@abbasrazwi No, unfortunately for years we have been banned from traveling to Iran, (because the political differences) so I can't remember, but all the Iranian chocolate I tasted was very delicious.

Mashhad is a truly inspirational and beautiful place, we travelled from Tehran via the overnight sleeper train which was a great experience. Great video as always, you are blessed to be there.

Yes, you were right, but Iran will stand on its own two feet and will not allow an attack on our country. Iran is one of the safest countries in Asia and even the world. You can come to Iran and experience this despite the tough sanctions, but Iran is still standing. It has great military power and very hospitable people

When yUo are a faithful Shia, it's actually a very long way to reach the main spot in not only the Shrine, but also the whole place aroud for hundreds of kilometers further,
And it would've also been great to mention the word Mashad itself means "The martyrdom location(of Imam Reza(ع)"
