Hey Ant..I absolutely loved this video, seeing all our comebacks. My two favourites are when Jamie Elliott sealed our wins against Carlton and Essendon. My favourite was when Billy kicked the goal after the siren to win against the Bombers in Round 19, 2022. While watching the video I was smiling, cheering and fist pumping for our beloved Pies. Thanks so much for the video, it brings back so many happy memories of our clutch wins and comebacks 💪💪💪👏👏👍👍👌👌❤️❤️❤️
Love the list Anth, i find myself every couple of months going through the these comebacks which i have saved. In my view the best comeback was in a game we lost- the 2022 prelim vs Sydney. We were absolutely dead and buried and i could not believe my eyes as we piled on goal after goal and got within a whisker. And we shouldve goy a free right at the end and we wouldve smashed Geelong in the granny.
2022 prelim vs Sydney: Save for the maggot piece of shit umpires, and their beloved Papsmear with his push in the back with impunity to mark and goal, we had the Pox ducks out on their feet with 10 minutes to run on the clock; Krueger's critical late snap and miss didn't help our cause. Not to mention Leppitch's IDIOTIC idea to start Maynard on Franklin. We'd have Geebung shitting themselves going into that Grand Final; we deserved to be there. It would have been our greatest premiership bar none. Thankful for 2023 though. The AwFuL got what they deserved with such blatant pandering SCG cheating in 2022 - another Grand Final WALKOVER; game done by 1/4-time...
That effort against the Pauperoos in 2024 just reeked of laziness, hubris and complacency for the first three quarters; absolutely unacceptable from a reigning premier. Which was also reflected in many games in the first half of season 2024. We deserved to lose against North, but got lucky on the siren with the Fisher miss...
The goal that was obviously touched by Bailey Scott but not called, a 24-14 free kick count in your favour, and the most embarrassing umpiring decision of the last 20 years when Bailey Scott was not awarded a 50 metre penalty when two players ran over the mark in the final minute, and you call it a great comeback, you were lucky the Umpires were wearing Black & White that day.
I am sorry if I missed this, but could you please put up the date of this lions match when Nick was on fire. This is talked about in the first few minutes of the video. Thanks if anyone can help me out. Go the Mighty Pies 🖤 🤍
Memory’s flooding, nothing can wipe the smile off my face while I watch this
Love that!

Just brilliant champs.
My head agrees with the order. My heart has the Carlton win at number 1 because of what it meant for them haha
I also can’t disagree with that potential order hahah
Let’s go champ comeback kings!! 🏆

I hear a lot of coulda, shoulda & woulda. Let say that North won that game, they still would of finished 17th with 16 points 😂
North was robbed
keep crying
